About El VisionZ
EL VisionZ was created from a passion for helping people feel seen, supported, prepared, and connected to opportunity.
Founded by former educator and emergency management professional Tyisha Brown El, EL VisionZ focuses on empowering students, leaders, organizations, and communities through mentorship, leadership development, speaking, workforce readiness, and community-centered programming.
After years of working directly with students, families, and communities, Tyisha saw firsthand how many individuals were navigating leadership, life transitions, pressure, and uncertainty without consistent support systems or real-world preparation. Those experiences helped shape the vision behind EL VisionZ.
Today, EL VisionZ continues to partner with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations throughout Washington State to create meaningful opportunities centered around growth, leadership, preparedness, and long-term community impact.
