I’m an educator, speaker, and founder of El VisionZ Learning. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked across education, community, and professional spaces, creating experiences that help people set intentional goals, build real skills, and take action. My background is in teaching and facilitation, but my strength is turning big ideas into practical strategies that people can actually use.
I’ve led workshops and professional development sessions for schools, nonprofits, and public agencies, always focused on making growth accessible, engaging, and culturally relevant. At the core of my work is one mission: to help people become unrecognizable in the best way.
