I’m an educator, speaker, and the founder of El VisionZ Learning, where I help students, families, and communities bridge the gap between potential and progress. With over seven years of classroom and leadership experience, I’ve built a career around empowering others through purpose-driven learning, leadership development, and educational equity.
Whether I’m speaking to a room full of students, leading a parent engagement workshop, or coaching youth toward their future goals, my mission is always the same: to help people become unrecognizable—in the best way.
Through workshops, custom programming, and real talk, I equip people with tools that lead to growth, self-awareness, and lasting impact.
