Meet Tyisha

Hi, I’m Tyisha Brown El,

I’m an educator, speaker, community leader, and founder of EL VisionZ. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked across education, leadership development, community engagement, and professional development spaces, creating experiences that help people build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and take meaningful action toward their goals.

My background is in teaching, facilitation, and emergency management, but my passion is helping people feel supported, prepared, and connected to opportunity. I believe growth happens when people are given the tools, guidance, and environment to see beyond their current circumstances and step fully into their potential.

Through EL VisionZ, I work with students, leaders, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to create impactful workshops, speaking experiences, and programs centered around leadership development, workforce readiness, mentorship, preparedness, and real-world growth.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate workshops and presentations for schools, nonprofits, leadership conferences, mentoring programs, and public agencies throughout Washington State. My approach combines practical strategies, authentic storytelling, and interactive engagement to create experiences that are both meaningful and actionable.

At the center of my work is a commitment to helping people become unrecognizable in the best way possible through growth, leadership, confidence, and intentional action.

Whether I’m speaking to students, emerging leaders, educators, or community organizations, my goal is always the same: to create spaces that inspire people to grow, lead, and move forward with purpose.
